The Eastbourne Heritage Centre, once known as Park Cottage, is a fine example of Victorian architecture and was the home of the manager of the Devonshire Baths which adjoined Park Cottage. Dedicated volunteers and historians fought for its preservation.

Today it is run by the Eastbourne Society.

The Centre is now open. The shop offers merchandise relevant to the heritage of Eastbourne, with a comprehensive range of books, gifts and postcards.

The ground floor display area focuses on the birth of Eastbourne and the arrival of the railway. The main display of heritage items continues on the first floor.

On the lower ground floor you will find a plush audio visual room showing films about Eastbourne and decorated in Victorian style.
