Step back into Eastbourne’s past and take a look at life from the 1800s through to the present day illustrated by maps, pictures and artefacts.
The Eastbourne Heritage Centre, once known as Park Cottage, is a fine example of Victorian architecture and was the home of the manager of the Devonshire Baths which adjoined Park Cottage. Dedicated volunteers and historians fought for its preservation.
Today it is run by a partnership between the Eastbourne Society, Eastbourne Local History Society, Eastbourne Natural History & Archaeological Society and Eastbourne Borough Council.
